Lift France 10 Experience

Besides inspiring talks and workshop, one of Lift Conference's special treats is the Lift Experience. Think of a huge space where new media artists and interaction designers are invited to display pieces that address the conference topics in a different way. Meet other attendees and get inspired by a series of project aim to provoke a dialogue between people with different backgrounds and cultures from all over the world.


  • Cabinet des Curiosités by nod-A

    The „Cabinet de Curiosités Numériques“ is a project by nod-A, a collective that detecs and conceives creative ways to use leading-edge technologies.

    At Lift France 10 nod-A will present a selection of 15 projects, objects, prototypes and applications. All projects presented explore digital creation as an input for innovation.


  • FabLive!

    This space of Lift Experience is dedicated to tinkering with objects and data. FabLive offers participants the opportunity to experience hands-on some fablabs projects. Many different activites are available, offering you a great experience of testing these innovative production methods, as well as sharing practices and tools in 10, 20, 30 or more minutes.


  • The Hub - Get Connected !

    This space on the entry floor is dedicated to networking, web connection, thought sharing and inspiration through various medias. The Hub hosts performances, webcam hacking projects, sound designs, social entrepreneurship presentations, a video guestbook, and installation where participants are invited to double their favorite scenes from legendary science fiction movies!


  • Media Lab

    This space is dedicated to media experience of all kinds. It will feature various interviews and recording opportunities for participants to give their feedback, present their projects and record a message to the Lift community. o2zone.tv offers the participants the opportunity to produce a little TV show on their own. The Media Lab is also the place where the Fing’s 10 year anniversary is documented and participants can engage and give their inputs for the next 10 years of Fing history !


  • Show Box

    Show Box is a little demo stage, in the middle of the Hub - the space dedicated to connections and interactions of all kinds. The little stage is part of the "Open Program" and will feature presentation of Lifters during their breaks, presenting their projets. Many Lift Experience projects from FabLive or the Cabinet des Curiosités are briefly introduced on Showbox. Regarding the program of the speeches and the presentation language please check out the information board at the Showbox.
